Spreadshirt protects your data by using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to secure all online data transmissions.
We will only store data required for your transaction, all personal data is kept confidential.
Spreadshirt saves your data only for processing your order. No data will be transmitted to and/or saved by third-parties. Spreadshirt will not use your data for advertising purposes without your expressed consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
Do You Do Customizations?
Yes, any customization requests can be e-mailed to Smiley_Jay@islandboygear.com and you will be e-mailed upon finishing. (Allow 1-3 Days)
How Long Do The Shirts Last?
Printing styles are absolutely high quality; they don't fade and your design will last longer than your shirt. Recommended washing instructions for shirts printed with Flex or Flock designs are cold water wash cycle and tumble dry on low heat. We also recommend that you iron your Spreadshirts inside out to maintain the design properly.
All digital prints, especially with darker colors, are prone to fading over time. Careful washing can preserve your design very well for 1 - 3 years. You can get the most out of your digital print by washing inside-out in cold water, ironing inside out to refresh colors, and avoid machine drying.
Can I exchange or return purchased products?
Spreadshirt's Fair Return Policy
Every ordered product at Spreadshirt is created just for you. Because they are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold and are donated or thrown away.
Promise:
* If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
* If you make a mistake with your order, call us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want.
Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 30 days to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explaination of the problem.
How fast will my order be processed and when will it be delivered?
95% of all orders leave us within 48 business hours of receiving the order and payment.
Prerequisites for speedy delivery:
* Payment in full to our account
* Complete shipping and billing addresses
* No problems with the design
We ship via UPS in most cases. Your order will be started during the next business day after payment is received and may take up to two additional business days to ship.
The available shipping options can be found below. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. If you enter a PO Box or an APO address, we will ship your order via United States Postal Service; no tracking information can be provided and delivery may take up to 6 weeks.
* UPS International
Delivery typically takes between three to six business days. We cannot be responsible for any import duties or taxes that apply on packages arriving in countries across the world from the USA. We encourage you to speak with your local authorities.
* UPS Ground
Orders are typically delivered in one to six days after your order is shipped. Unfortunately, there is no Saturday delivery possible. Service Area: All 50 states and Puerto Rico.
* 3 Day Select
You receive your order by the end of the third business day after your order is shipped. Service Area: The 48 contiguous states. .
* Next Day Air Saver
You receive your order the next business day after your order is shipped and it will be received by 7:00pm. Service Area: The 48 contiguous states.
Are there any types of designs that Spreadshirt will not print?
* We will not print: Unofficial merchandise
* We will not print: Names, logos, pictures or other intellectual property of musical groups or musical artists.
* We will not print: Names, logos, pictures, or other intellectual property of sports teams, colleges/universities, clubs or organizations such as Boston Red Sox, Girl Scouts of America, or Princeton University.
* We will not print: photos, caricatures, or other artwork depicting a celebrity. Just because you take a picture of a celebrity, it does not give you the right to use the photo on shirts, even if you alter the photo digitally.
* We will not print: trademarks, names or logos for companies. For example you can not use the name Coca Cola, Coke “It’s the Real Thing” or the design from the cans.
* We will not print: nudity. We will not print any body parts that would normally be covered by underclothing. We will not print very graphic artistic renditions of persons having sex or their sexual body parts. There will also be times when we will not print a picture of some sort of nudity just because it is in very bad taste.
* We will not print: child nudity.
* We will not print: hate material. Hate material is anything that speaks to hate of any people, creed or race.
* We will not print: Any violent or gang related material such as slangs, symbols, or gestures.
We have sole discretion over all topics above and if Spreadshirt feels any of the designs submitted border on any of these topics, we will not print them.
